This is my advice too. I worked there for years and thought it was a crap hole (as did my co-workers). I worked near the Triangle Bar and that area had houses that were literally falling down, section 8, and police patrolling the area. The best parts of the are are those that are near Edgewood and are separated by large road ways away from the crappy parts.
