I never dreamed there was a place worth this much around the AC Valley area
Richland Twp-Ven, PA, 16036 - MLS #809538 - Single Family Home real estate - REALTOR.com®
this would make a nice vacation or year round home for somebody out of NYC or CA that wants something that shows beautiful views water to play in boating or fish and land to hunt or to ride horses or ATV's.
It is amazing what is there, I believe if I remember right this property is behind the ACV High school and is the Fox Mansion the family that brought golf to America.

Alright, you got me curious. Who owns this place? Also, it seems as if it is undercontract already.

Nope, just checked the Multi-list - It is still available. I'll be happy to write up an offer for you! LOL

It's located in Foxburg which apparently, at one time, was home to some really wealthy people.
The oldest country club in the US is located in Foxburg.

Here is some info on the home and the original owners: Clarion County mansion and its 1,500 acres are on the market for $24 million and History | RiverStone Estate (click on the "neighborhood" - the yellow building with the green roof is the Allegheny Grill, a great restaurant. In fact, a day trip to Foxburg is a good time!)

Small world. I worked on this property about ten years ago. I was temping with a garage door company and we were doing all of the overhead door stuff for the houses. Strangely enough, my grandmother graduated high school with this doctor as well.

The property is PIMPED out. Not only is there the mansion, but he built a house for his son (or son-in-law...I forget) down the road. There is also a house for the maid. He had livestock and fields everywhere. It was obvious that the dude was loaded.
