I'd say that Cranberry is what Monroeville was 50 years ago. In time, Cranberry will become overly congested and Zelienople will become today's Murrysville.

Zelie is not really like Murrysville, it's more urban than suburban. No real downtown area in Murrysville, unlike Zelie. I like Zelie, I'd be living there if I was single.

I think you missed my point. I'm not talking about the town of Zelie but the surrounding area. I'm saying that Zelie area will be like Murrysville 50 years from now. Zelie will become overcrowded with developments when the Cranberry area becomes overly filled with developments. I'm just trying to portray a rural area north of Cranberry that will become very suburban 50 years from now. If you don't like Zelie as an example, replace it with Prospect or any area near Zelie that doesn't have a downtown.

That's true, and Monroeville and Cranberry are not too different from each other since they're located adjacent to the PA Turnpike as well as another interstate highway, not to mention the land is flat meaning that development can occur at a rapid pace as it has been done in Monroeville and now Cranberry.
LOL some of these responses are cracking me up. I see now I was way off on my impression of Monroeville.
I don't really want town-in-a-box type place since I already live in one of those, so I will check out Squirrel Hill and all other suggestions. If I can take public transportation, I'd much rather do that than drive everywhere. I drive everywhere now and it sucks.
