all 3 middle eastern. all 3 from different states. looking for a lost wallet when last game was in winter of last year. these are the kind of people homeland security does overtime because they appear to be potential amateur dissidents. perhaps just enough info to be dangerous?

Maybe they were testing the security. See what they can get away with. Perhaps they were paid to just do this prank to see what would happen.

They say they were attending a wedding there on Saturday (which a confirmed event did take place there) and that's when the wallet was lost.

And then they changed their story and decided they were only taking pictures.

If I was a judge, their punishment would be to walk around Pittsburgh with "dumbass" written on their foreheads.
