This happened in my neck of the woods. Both men have been charged, with no explanation from the police. And none of the other protestors who witnessed the incident were interviewed for their versions of what happened. We also don't know if anything happened before the brawl to explain why the guy went off on everyone.
I guess it will all come out when they both go to court.
Fox played the full video.. A peaceful Tea party Protest of government bailouts when the black suspect stops his car and starts ranting getting into the faces of the protesters. This one guy (victim) turns on his camera after the black suspect gets into his face and his wife’s face.
It's not clear but it's not too hard to understand that the black suspect made contact with the victims wife and that’s when the victim pushed the suspect away warning him not to push his wife. Black suspect sucker punches his victim and then continues to justify himself to the crowd who have all responded in defense of the victim who was clearly sucker punched. Calls for police were yelled and just prior to Police arriving the black suspect entered his vehicle and fled.
Police reviewed incident video tapes and brought charges against the black suspect and only after this did the judge decide the drop the charges and have both parties summonsed for assault... I belive the judge did NOT review the tapes.

The video only showed Mr. Tabor getting hit. Anything else is pure speculation. Spencer has no eyewitness to back up his story. He could say anything he wanted. Spencer is lucky he didn't get shot in self-defense.
