Gulf oil disaster: Jon Stewart rips Obama's tough talk

"Who should receive the brunt of the president's size 12 Air Jordans?" he asked.
Cue video of the president: "It's my job to make sure that everything is done to shut this down."
"He has to kick his own ass!" Stewart announced. Audience cheered.

It is interesting that Obama, the sacred cow of the left and thus spared by comedians, is now fair game. Let the fun begin, as there is plenty to make fun of. I think the comedians will find Obama to be the best material they have had since Ford.

While Obama certainly offers endless material for the comedians Bush was no slouch in that department either. The difference is that Bush did not take criticism so personally.

Wow..Stewart really ripped into him with that episode.
Funny how he showed all those clips of the excuse of "it's complicated".

Stewart has always told it like it is/was regardless of party.

I am sure some lefty will get on here and say that Stewart was actually dissing the conservatives because we do not understand the nuances of Stewart's comedy.

You all brought it on yourself. You and others wanted to make Stewart into a newsman instead of a comedian when he was making fun of the right. Now the shoe is on the other foot and you do not like it. Too funny...

Wrong, I agree with Stewart, I also think he's a newsman/comedian.
