sounds like maybe you need to listen to your boss.. maybe you will learn something.
no one should have to listen to unsolicited views on politics, religion or sex in the work place. would you say the same thing is the boss was touting racist comments too or being to forward sexually?

Completely different. Sexual harassment is grounds for termination and people can't be denied employment for religious views.
I doubt this guy walks around eight hours a day complaining about Obama anyway.
