To further this agenda will require SC justices who think that the laws in effect in other countries should be considered when interpreting our own Constitution. Ginsberg has so stated. Kagan? Who knows? There are many behind-the-scenes players who pull the strings of presidents, prime ministers, legislators, etc. who want the laws in the US to "harmonize" with the laws of other countries, most notably laws now in effect in Europe (which is much further along in the process). It's all a slow progression to "global governance", as it is being called today. (No more "New World Order".) Unless stopped, all power will eventually end up in the hands of a ruling global elite and the rest of us a screwed.
