More than likely, it would just blow a hole in the ground the size of a city which could never be capped.

OIl over years will break down. Radioactive water NEVER will. Only a fool would want to add RADIOACTIVE CONTAMINATION TO OUR ALREADY OIL SOAKED WATER.
