Then you must support Net Neutrality!

We can't allow our government to take away our right to access information freely. PLEASE contact your representative in Congress and demand that they support Net Neutrality! This site will give you the ability to send a message to your Representative, as well as giving you their contact information.

I just called Jane Harman's office. Have you called your Congressperson?

Don't let people like Glenn Beck, and big corporations like AT&T win this one!

Yeah, I agree. I think it's ok if the gubmint has full control over the internet and to shut it down on a whim. Gotta keep that information sharing contained in the event the Tea Party folks get too violent!

That has nothing whatsoever to do with Net Neutrality and you know it.

I'd be personally in favor of instant jail for people surfing child porn.

What the hell does Beck have to do with this one, and who is limiting your right to surf any site on the internet?

We don't need it. Are you having difficulty getting to any sites that you normally visit? I don't, there is no issue here, we don't need NN.

Technically, Net Neutrality is the status quo (you knew that, right?, and maintaining that is what the legislation is trying to codify. Open access to the Internet marketplace is a tremendous asset, it is in jeopardy, and it would be smart to prevent that before the damage is done.

The carriers do not have your best interest at heart in this area.

(Yes, I'm a network engineer by profession, have worked for telcos and ISPs, and I am currently the senior network engineer in a company whose name you'd recognize. This stuff is important, OK?)

Not that important. you're just fear mongering, BTW, if you work for a majot ISP, you should be ALL FOR IT because you get more money right? If you don't like it, quit.
