Amazing that after 60 days, obama has NO answers to the numerous questions, NO plans for the mess in the water and on shore, but plenty of blame and politics to go around.

Isn't the immediate plan to:

1. Stop the oil spill as soon as BP gets the relief well done
2. Skim and burn as much of the oil a possible - there are thousands of boats doing that now.
3. Get people to deploy floatable booms to try to contain the oil - the've laid down several million feet of the stuff with more on the way.
4. Deploy people to clean up the shores as best as possible - there are over 30,000 people + 17,000 National Guard troops doing this now.
5. Build barrier islands - Obama was slow on this, but states and Feds are building them now.
6. Compensate the people in the Gulf region for lost income - Obama just got BP to put $20B into a separately controlled fund just for this.
7. Pursue BP to pay for all of the cleanup efforts and seek criminal prosecution - haven't they been pushing BP to pay and opening a criminal probe into their actions?
8. Toss out leadership at MMS and reform the agency into something that works - they're doing just that.

So how is this not a plan? If it's not a plan, what would constitute a plan?

BP...has only 7 billion, you take a guess on where the rest will be coming from.
