THAT was arrogant and it was that type of general attitude that made people abroad see the US in a very different and usually very negative light.

In that sense, Obama is absolutely right claiming that the US has acted arrogantly in the past. It has.

EXACTLY!!! But it is hard to argue with people that were brainwashed into believing that patriotism is the most important thing for an American and therefore they are not allowed to question the actions of America-loving presidents.

"They hate us for our freedom" was the most genial thing George Bush has said because he knew exactly what it would trigger in brainwashed Americans. Believing this is easier than to study US-involvement in the Middle East.

And all the while he's apologizing, other countries (with largest muslim populations) are viewing the U.S.
less and less favorably.
