The Minnesota GOP is speaking out against gay state senator Paul Koering, who was recently spotted having dinner with a 20-year-old porn star.

While Koering once voted against a gay marriage bill, he reportedly told Wilde (the porn star) that he wanted to be reelected so he can push legislation to legalize such unions...

Why does the GOP consider it wrong to simply have dinner with a gay man who has appeared in gay adult movies? Am I being naive?

Apparently, you've never laid on a beach, in the South Pacific, spending other peoples' billions, while simultaneously planning your new, twenty-four room home layout? Get with it. This is capitalism. The perfect system. Thank GAWD for Supply-Side.

The best part of this story is that the guy that broke the story Luke Hellier a right winger that worked on Bachmann campaign apparently spends his time reading gay porn stars twitters.

Its about family values. Its not about the person being gay but being in porn I would say. Since there is gay republicans

So let me get this right. A republican as an affair which is between the spouses and its a huge issue they dont have family values

But they have dinner with a person that does gay porn the party speaks out against that and you're upset that they are trying to keep with their family values.

hmmmm Seems the republican party cant win either way it goes.

I actually don't see anything wrong with it at all.

I think you mean to ask why the Minnesota GOP has a problem with it. This GOPer couldn't care less.

Guilt by association! That paragon of Republican Party values, Joe McCarthy, would have understood perfectly.

Evidently you didn't bother reading the OP/

Koering won in a conservative Republican district after he came out and said he was gay.

He also stated that he would not promote/support gay marriage legislation in MN.

He proved to be a hypocrite when he told the gay porn star the opposite and that gay porn star reported it to the world via face book.

Koering stated he thought the 2 of them were just having a dinner meeting and didn't know the porn star would blab every word of the conversation to the public.

Keoring is a hypocrite
The porn star is a blabber
