Wait..so if it IS a tax, then Congress and the unions are all exempt since they got their special deal ?
How can that be a fair tax ? They should argue that if it is a tax it should apply to ALL US citizens and pull in those Congressmen and Union guys that threw us under the bus.

Well, of course they want it to now be a tax, but that is not what they said it was, it is not what the legislative language says it is and doesn't it even bother you a bit that the democrats have engaged in such a deceitful bait and switch, lying to the whole nation?
