This is why I think Obama will win: 2008 Election Map and Electoral Vote Map: NPR

We are a very polarized nation. I don't see a lot of states changing color.

You really think obama will keep OH, NC, FL, IN, VA, CO, NV?

He is underwater in each and every one of those states and his policies are very, very unpopular, especially obamacare.

Approximately 1 million votes made the difference in those key swing states, even though he won by approx 8.5 million.

Flip those very close races the other way and he loses.

There are many that are waking up to what "Fundamentally Changing America" really meant and they are not liking it.
Most just thought it meant anyone but GW Bush. They got Bush on steroids, pushing a Marxist agenda.

This will help tremendously for the mid-terms.

Is Gallup still the gold standard of the Left?

U.S. Voters Split on Obama Re-Election in 2012

Great!

Now it will just be an issue as to whether Obama will allow free elections in 2012, or use the tactics of his idol, Hugo Chavez.

Votes don't win elections, those counting the votes determine the winner... Karl Marx.

I really don't trust electronic voting.

The Democrats will retain majority seats in the House and Senate after the Midterm elections. The only hope for the GOP in 2012, will be if they demonstrate to the American people, that they will work on behalf of Americans. Thus far, they have demonstrated that they will not.

Hes doing better than Reagan was at this point in his presidency (in terms of approval numbers, and in my opinion, policy and action), I'll take that any day.

he's also doing better than Bush in his 2nd year as president.

Wow, so the election campaigns are now starting 2 1/2 years before the actual election?
Nice.

By the way they should've held up a picture of McCain when they asked that re-elect Obama question...

If the unemployment rate is under 7% in 2012, he'll be re-elected with huge margins and I'll probably end up voting for him.

That's a big if, though.
