babies having babies.

My wife is from the Phillipines. She was 31 years old and without children when I met her.

Why?

Because in the PI if you come home pregnant you are sent over seas to do contract (slave) work or worse to support that child. You are scorned and an embarrasment to your family and friends. As a catholic you have committed a serious sin

If you get pregnant at age 16 in the US the consequnences are a full benefit package to include

Sect 8 housing, foodstamps (EBT), Full medical, SS income, pell grants, daycare, job training and on and on

We are now a feminist made welfare state. Petulant little slvts who dont like their bedtimes are getting knocked up to get out from under their parents thumb.

Do you remember what the OP was?

Looking a demographic stats across towns and cities in the country I noticed a disturbing trend: The percentage of children under 18 below the poverty line. Is this a "statistical bump" or a real representation? In many cases, while the general poverty level was in a low percent, the under 18 category was well into double digits many times.

This is what happens when you lose family values in society. When you have babies having babies. When you allow your 14 year old little girl to walk around wearing shorts up to her beep and then think no little boy is taking notice of that. Etc etc Then you hear the little girl should be able to wear whatever. No she shouldnt she is a child and as a child she is not capable of making intelligent decision. She and the little boy is going to make the choice to listen to their hormones.

I see a big part of the problem now. Instead of wanting to educate, prevent, and give the means to stop the apparent poverty boom, many would rather call girls who have babies "sl--s" (yet, no perjorative term for the men who knock them up), compain that the superficial color of one's skin is the problem, or throw out a statistic from the top of their heads about illegals.

It would now appear to me that the problem of poverty in this country is based mostly on sexism, racism, and xenophobia. Shame. I thought our great nation was better than that.

Keep in mind that's the same logic used by extreme muslims to force women/girls to wear the burqa and not go out unaccompanied by a man. Perhaps teaching the little boy to keep it in his pants would be a good tip, too? What a novel idea.

Why would I want to

"educate"

My children with feminist political ideas. Maybe their 6th grade teacher will have a bowl of condoms on her desk for the students.
