Referring to the oil spill, Ms. Riner added, "I don't think he's handling it. He doesn't seem to be doing anything. He just talks."

James Ciarmataro, a 23-year-old stay-at-home dad from Macomb, Mich., said it was difficult to relate to Mr. Obama, because the president is "eating steak dinners at the White House and playing golf" while the country is suffering.
Ouch! Can we say disconnect?

Does not bode well for congress either - 57% of voters would elect a new person to congress.

62% say the country is on the wrong track, highest since before the election in 2008.

Underwater.

Of course, this is very good news for the GOP chances in the fall.

A big order, especially taking over the Senate, but who knows, they just might do it.

Obama is going to hell in a hand basket and taking his party of NO with him.

His on the job, or off the job performance is finally getting to people and they are sick of his mistakes and failures.

Obama is a lame duck quaking his little sneaky wings back to his homeland.

I liked the woman - "all he does is talk".

Yes, indeed he does, but he really doesn't say much that makes sense.

Wow! Look at the enthusiasm gap;

Only 44% of obama voters have a high interest in the midterms.

71% of McCain voters have a high interest.

I guess that's why the dems will be spending a sh*tload of cash to lure those voters to the polls and $125 million to tout the obamacare disaster.

Sunny-Days 90 !!! ...

Exactly ! This foolish "Misery Bell's" exit from the Big WH is long overdue !

Concerned voters everywhere ... This is your opportunity to do the "Right Thing" and send this sadly incompetent young man on his way !

Thanks / Old Sgt. Lamar

With all the stunts he's pulled and plans to, its astonishing his approval is that high.

Confidence Waning in Obama, U.S. Outlook - WSJ.com

Video at the link.

Quote:
Support for Mr. Obama and his party is declining among centrist, independent voters. But, more ominous for the president, some in his base also are souring, with 17% of Democrats disapproving of Mr. Obama's job performance, the highest level of his presidency.
Quote:
Fewer than half give him positive marks when asked if he is "honest and straightforward.'' And 49% rate him positively when asked if he has "strong leadership qualities,'' down from 70% when Mr. Obama took office and a drop of 8 points since January.

I'd like to take a moment to pat all conservatives and moderates (and even the wayward liberal) on the back for successfully predicting that Barack Obama would be nothing but a Bloated-Rhetoric Windbag whose own naivete would spell doom for the country.

In doing so, i'll pat myself on the back, also, for doing my part to spread the word that this thin-skinned, inexperienced, narcissistic chump is worthless.

Apparently, it's sticking. These polls are proof. Never underestimate the power of passionate conservative discourse.
