doesnt matter, you said tattoos, not tattoos at a parlor.
some get them because they are forced to, but most get them because of personal choice.
you dont like them then dont get one, but dont complain if your child or future child ever gets one.
You should read this post again. It was not about people getting tattoos on them to be accounted for or just forced to get tattoos. You are surely intelligent enough to realize this.
What was the reason you had to get your commanders permission before you got one?
What were the reasons some of the commanders would deny a request to get a tattoo?
