Three of the last four Illinois govenors are in jail or on thier way to jail. Judges are routinely bribed in Illinois and it is just an issue of price. After the governor takes office, MANY of the state jobs (all the way to janitorial jobs) change hands. The DEA will not even prosecute many drug related crimes in Illinois, as the judges have been bought off. Class action suits have been the cottage industry of Marion Co., Illinois until the federal government kicked in.

Obama is just a Chicago politician. See above.
You forgot the strong arm tactics of coercion, blackmail and extortion, and destroying your opponents thru lies with a willing, liberal press.

Chicagoans believe that the "Chicago Way" should be the American Way.

All of the above, plus voter/election fraud. That is how they stole the presidential election from Nixon and gave it to JFK. Old man Daley promised it to Joe Kennedy, so they had a recount and thanks to all the dead people casting ballots after the polls had already closed (a day or more after), Chicago, and hence Illinois, and hence the U.S. went from Nixon to Kennedy.

If you think of the absolute worst that politics has to offer or involves itself in, it is part of the Chicago (and Obama) way.

Presumably they refer to the corruption of the city level politics, though they don't seem to understand the type of corruption that goes on. Most of the corrupt actions of the city machine aren't applicable to national level politics. Critics of Obama just like saying "Chicago style politics" even if the alleged corruption (or any action Obama makes that they don't like) going on has no relation to the type of corruption in Chicago.

Fun fact: The Chicago political machine opposed Obama when he ran for the Illinois State Senate.

Famous line from The Godfather, alluding to a very old and once successful "business".

No, not three of the last four (counting Blago).

Illinois' Legacy Of Corruption: Three Ex-Governors Jailed Since 1970's

Otto Kerner, D (1961-68)

Dan Walker, D (Ran as an Independent) 1973-1977

George Ryan, R (1999-2003)

And now, Blago

Downstate Ill. is heavily Republican
