It's not a junk shot. These hearings aren't for conformation, they are for confirmation. That looked like a Freudian slip, TG.

I've said several times, Sessions is doing his job.

Attempting to trash Thurgood Marshall in an attempt to slam Kagan sure as hell is not going to get a filibuster.

Sessions is one vote out of 100. Who the f*** cares what he thinks. He can vote No. It doesn't matter. She already has the votes for confirmation.

I really like this part...

The GOP showed its true colors when they trashed Thurgood Marshall. Even if I were considering to vote for any GOP candidate, this will permanently be one of the reasons why I would never vote for them.

This is the lowest of the low.

Great job by Sessions!

We do not need another inexperienced socialist who has never been a judge making decisions and rulings.

We already learned that inexperience and poor decision making can get you into deep trouble by watching Obama tank America.

She is not fit for this job. Obama needs to move on and find someone else.

This just proves my point that he cannot make a good decision to save his sorry mistake a day decisions.

Many of our past judges have little or o experience including Rhenquest who the right loves to champion about.
