And Bill Clinton is speaking out about this why? Didn't he have three heart attacks and retire into a nursing home?

He's a Rhodes scholar - and he interned in Russia.

And, he knows a thing or two about spills.

Well..we'll see what's next if those relief wells don't work. Another 2 months of oil spewing into the Gulf...1 Exxon Valdez spill every 4 days
