Bill Clinton is the latest big name to weigh in on how to best manage the unconquerable oil spill. His strategy? Let’s just blow up the well! The former president said it “may become necessary” for the Navy to use explosives on the seafloor in order to stop the spill. (Nukes, though, wouldn't be a requirement, he noted.)
