This is not the first time a UN summer camp has been burned down. One was burned in May and an envelope was left with three bullets inside of it. Hamas said that they arrested 25 people involved in that crime yet nothing has come of it.

Speculation on why UN summer camps for kids are being targeted include anger that boys and girls are not seperated within the camp and/or that the other summer camps that are run by Hamas and (can't remember the name, sorry) some kind of Jihadist group don't care for the UN competition.

In any case radical Islam is directly to blame for this. Israel though has to shoulder its responsibility for enforcing a living environment that breeds violence and fundementalism. Still, no surprise on who the perpetrators are....
my thought exactally.

Sure they do, but you can't forcefully kick people off of their land to make room.

And I am pretty sure raiding summer camps for children, doesn't give them a safe place to live. Actually it is just entices possible violent retaliation.

Based on the rather silly original posting, I could see the legitimacy of your sentiment. But actually, Hamas is the party responsible for attacking the camp established in Gaza by the UN.

Israel wasn't involved at all.

I have no idea why the thread starter used that thread title, though I suspect it was a bit of baiting.

Baiting was exactly what I wanted to do.

Hamas is a f-ed crazy group of religious fanatics. They are not the defenders of the Palestinian people as they are sometimes portrayed to be in the media.

Have read the Quran two times the criticisms of Islam and their founder were valid in my opinion
The effort seems to not be in reform but in silencing their critics sounds like ferguson no?

To your last point in bold, just by living, breathing and being alive is all it takes for the Islamists to breed violence against Jews, Christians, Sickhs, and even other Muslims who simply worship a slightly different sect of Islam.

Hamas was just upset because that UN structure was not sufficient for Hamas to store their rockets.
