Same faiths, same God. If you worship to God [also known as Deo, Dieu, Dios, Theo], Yaweh or Allah, it's the same God. That's my caption.

I felt the need to point this out somewhere, b/c it really bothers me. lol.
If you are a muslim, you are correct.

Obama Praising Allah?

I have no doubt Obama has praised God, in fact, in his last televised speech on the BP diaster he asked us to pray to Allah, God, Yahweh.

Quote:
Allah (Arabic: الله‎ Allāh, IPA: [ʔalˤːɑːh] ( listen)) is the standard Arabic word for God
Did you know that the "In God We Trust" on our money really refers to the talking frog in the magic hollow log from the enchanted forest? Of course it also refers to Zeus, Odin, Brahma, or any God one chooses to worship?

Christian Arabs pray to Allah. "Allah" means God in Arabic.

Does anyone here think that French people don't worship the same god as Americans (or Brits, Canadians etc.) because they worship "Dieu", not God? Or that Italians worship a different god than Americans (and other anglophones) because they worship "Dio"? (And I don't mean the late Ronnie James either....)

Think some more and perhaps you'll learn humor and stupidity are not one and the same

That is exactly what that quote means - that he would stand with any group that was being heavily persecuted in the USA. (Whether he would as President is a whole other story.)

For example there weren't many Congressmen and Senators of both parties who opposed the Japanese internment of 1942. If more had opposed it, it might not have gone through.
