Weell you have a growing economy where people have no car and its changing on transportatio needs and the abilty to buy. I saw a film of a roadway wherethe peple where on bicycles . The one of today like any modern city with ruch hours traffic. So it makes sense that people not having would buy more than epople just changing to a newer one really. With a average savings rate of 40% they also proably can afford one.
