Maybe a write in. I haven't registered to vote, because I don't want to get called up for jury duty. Of course, I can get out of jury duty, unless they want to send me a limo. I don't drive. If the candidates are all flim flammers.....I will write in Gil A Monster. He has more sense than any politician.
another person wont vote or do their civic duty.

I agree with the idea of Libertarians and the Tea Party movement. Unfortunately, from what I see, the only(most) people pandering to them are Republicans that have a long history of being in the pocket of big business.
yeah, because business is so evil because they create jobs for the american people.
Obama will be it. From what I see of the republicans, it will be a disaster if they get to the office (and get anywhere close to holding a majority in either, much less both, houses of the congress).
Do you consider the current situation and future prospects under Obama and the (D)s to NOT be a disaster? How?
I've voted for Republicans in the past, although I'll admit it's been a while. In 2012, I can't imagine voting for any Republican, and no third party candidate can do anything other than siphon a few votes away from the major party candidates. There used to be some decent, moderate Republicans, but stick a fork in them - they're done.
