Let me ask again: What do YOU understand her statements to mean? You're being silly by dodging that question. Why bring up Jefferson's "revolution" every 20 years and then reference the 2nd Amendment in reference to dealing with Congress' actions? Stop playing dumb.
I answered the question just apparently not to your satisfaction, I can't help that.
Let's say for argument sake that she meant what you think she meant, would she be within her constitutional rights?
Again several of you who seem to know what she was thinking, I do not claim to, you will have to get your answer from her.
Again...would it be within the peoples constitutional rights?
No it would not be within their rights. If someone tried to take this country by force then they should be tried for terrorism and hung by the neck until they are dead dead dead.

You have NOT answered the question. You're squirming out of it. You know very well what the woman meant. You know who she was trying to appeal to for votes when she made those statements. I asked first. You continue to dodge the question and I'm not in the mood to play your game.
AND, Chris Matthews did NOT lie about what she said.

thank you. Now maybe someone will admit that they know very well what Angle was talking about......and that Chris Matthews did not lie.

I think you need to read the 2nd amendment because that is not what it or she meant IMHO.
Let me ask you this...why does the US have an Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines, not to mention countless agencies like the NSA?
I don't see any lie in what Matthews said. I certainly "got" her message

Please, those of you who think Matthews lied, tell us what she did mean by her 2nd Amendment REMEDIES if it did not include use of guns and "revolution"? What do you all think she meant?

I think she meant exactly what she said:
“In fact, Thomas Jefferson said it’s good for a country to have a revolution every 20 years. I hope that’s not where we’re going, but you know, if this Congress keeps going the way it is, people are really looking toward those Second Amendment remedies.”
Note the phrase in bold.
Congress is currently at a job approval rating of less than 22%. Obama is under the 50% mark. Less than 32% of the people believe that the country is headed in the right direction*. You said that you "get" what Angle said. Do you really? Obviously not.
She was echoing the sentiment that's growing among those she represents. In other words, she was doing her job! Too many politicians - almost all of them - are completely out of touch with what the people they represent want and believe. Angle knows that the people are getting fed up, and she's not afraid to say it. What's wrong with that?
The people are ticked off. They want some MAJOR changes. We're nowhere near the point of armed revolution, and nobody wants it to get there, but if things continue the way they are, it could happen. If you don't believe that, please, show me your crystal ball. World War II started a mere two decades after "the war to end all wars" was fought. Afghanistan was invaded less than a month after 9/11. The '92 L.A. riots were sparked overnight by a court ruling. The political and social landscape can change very rapidly, on a global, national or local scale. To believe otherwise is foolish.
First you have to answer the questions I have posed.
Why does the US have a military?
Would she be within her constitutional rights?
