I am sure that some here will not be able to read all of this short quote from a letter of one of our founders. At least this one isn't really well known by people of today, but his words would be heatedly argued about although he didn't know they would be so maddening for many people.

"The most important consequence of marriage is, that the husband and the wife become in law only one person... Upon this principle of union, almost all the other legal consequences of marriage depend. This principle, sublime and refined, deserves to be viewed and examined on every side." --James Wilson, Of the Natural Rights of Individuals, 1792

I really thought that those words would have been very apt today, but only to some of us. Sorry. Why do you always jump on my threads about this topic? You don't like them but you jump on them about as soon as they hit.

Should I help you bury this thread? Ok, I will help you.

Why do you so seldom say anything at all about the links I provide. You just like the rest of your ilk only attack me or the messenger I provide and so seldom say anything about the message. Is that message at all apt to about 1/5 of the threads here on C-D? It seems so to me.
