If the dems are so compassionate, why did Reid and Pelosi allow Congress to take a two week vacation with this issue hanging? Regardless of fault, this should have been fixed one way or another.

Paygo...what a joke.

The GOP asked for 33 billion in cuts to pay for the unemployment benefits extension. The dims refused. Pay Go is a joke. However, jimah obama is now even more in the hot seat to create jobs. The trouble is that jimah and his marxist regime, less than 10% of which have ever worked in the private sector, don't have a clue about creating jobs except to throw billions at their pet dim projects. Apparently all that jimah is capable of is making soaring lying speeches.

Yeah and democrats do. Democrats could have passed this all they had to do was agree that it wouldnt increase the national debt. Whats so bad about that. Considering how high our national debt is. Speaking of national debt you would think democrats wouldnt want to keep spending that will cause our taxes to have to go up. Its not like the middle class that democrats claim to care so much about can afford anymore democrat tax hikes.

So you can keep that garbage of democrats care about the working man if they did they wouldnt keep causing their taxes to increase.

You can keep the garbage that the Republican Party gives a damn about anybody but the bankers, financiers and big business owners. They are the party of the hyper wealthy, by the hyper wealthy and of the hyper wealthy that have somehow convinced working people to vote for them.

Tsk, tsk. Now which party won't find a measly $33 billion in savings so the Republicans can extend UE benefits? I don't undrstand why the Dems hate the unemployed.

Or maybe they can decide to actually go get a job and not live off of those that are working?
