Let me clarify - reign in the function of a intransitive verb: to hold office as chief of state although possessing little governing power.

Actually, history has shown when the WH administration and the majority party in Congress are the same then Congress majority will lose seats to the minority party.

It is odd - every repub I know usually goes off what their parents say/told them. How sad is that? To not ever learn how to form your own opinion? I guess ignorance is bliss.
