What an odd day though...one state [LA] enacts vicious, borderline fascist laws, and another state [MA] vindicates gay rights across the country and has DOMA repealed.

Goes to show nothing ever changes in this country....South versus north, conservative versus liberal.

No, what it goes to show is that America is as uninformed as ever. Had you taken the time to read up on LA's new laws, you'd find out that a Democrat introduced the bill, and it was passed by a vote of 79-0 before being signed by the Governor.

So, what was it you were saying about "goodbye Repuglicans?"

Your, meaning your party's VP. But I know why you prefer to concentrate on that than the obvious fact that your party was born in racism and is still very racist, see Joe Biden.

So which is it? Out of the left side of their mouthes, conservatives claim that the Democratic party is the party of minorities, welfare recipients, and its the blacks and Acorn who elected Obama. Out of the right side of their mouths they claim that the Democratic is a racist party...

Ever counted the number of Republican African Americans in congress versus Democrat African Americans?

Doesn't really support your claim.

I think it is consistant. The Dems keep minorities down by making them dependent on the government. Dems believe they can't take care of themselves without the help of the government. Republicans see people as people with unlimited potential.
