But Carnahan's campaign wasn't able to completely sell out the Folly Theater, where Obama will appear for a grassroots event on Carnahan's behalf, at the prices they wanted. Tickets once priced at $250 are now going for $99, while $35 tickets are half off.

But it's telling Obama couldn't fill a theater at the higher price;

What are they thinking sending obama here? I guess even tried and true democrats are tired of his spiel. Bubba would be a better choice for venues such as this.

I've been considering selling my (unused) ticket to a now-passed exclusive Obama event from late last year just to see how much money I can get for it. From the sound of it, I don't believe its worth anything. I should have sold it back when the President actually mattered to anyone other than Obama Cliffwalking Troupe that makes up the liberal left.

Of course just like a USED CAR SALE! HE is warn out, used, lacking common sense, does not have the sense to do what is right for we the American People, so very much not for the same things that we want, as getting illegals out of here. The Folly Theater in downtown KCMO is a pretty small venue too. There had been reports that Robin Carnahan would not be there with Obam due to a previous commitment but she apparently cleared her schedule about 36hrs. prior. The time he was in Missouri before she made certain she was not in town. I tell you the Dems do not want Obama campaigning for them. They see he is poison.

For those who do not know Missouri politics, the Carnahan family is to liberal Missourians what the Kennedy family is to liberals in MA. Robin's father was even elected to office AFTER he died.
