55 Percent of Likely Voters Find ‘Socialist’ an Accurate Label of Obama? - The Campaign Spot - National Review Online

Quote:
The latest poll by Democracy Corps, the firm of James Carville and Stan Greenberg, has Republicans leading on the generic ballot among likely voters, 48 percent to 42 percent.

When asked about “a socialist,” 33 percent of likely voters say it describes Obama “very well,” 22 percent say “well,” 15 percent say “not too well,” and 25 percent say “not well at all.”
I think James and Stan have been warning the democrats for quite a few months now about the midterms. So far, they haven't really listened.

Obama seems to truly believe that he has the support of most Americans. It's insane to watch him mindlessly flail about while everyone but his own inner-circle acknowledges that his policies are about to be checked at the door come November.

Someone, anyone please tell me again why you elected this guy? It's clear that he resides in a utopic cloud of progress, but here on the ground the writing is on the wall. It makes no sense whatsoever, yet he still keeps pushing on in oblivion.

He's getting there. Remember? He wants to do it step by step so we don't notice.

So with Fox, the Republican Party (to the extent that they are not the same thing), Limbaugh, tons of unhinged ideologues posteing here and at other message boards, the teabaggers, all parroting the lie that Obama is a socialist and getting hours of news coverage, you're surprised that people have started to believe your lies?

You need to study history more.

In other news...55% of Americans are idiots who don't know the meaning of the word "socialist".

I have an idea: why don't you define Communism for us and explain specifically how Obama meets the definition?

Rip me apart i don't care, i was not foolish enough to vote for this clown. Too many in not only my opinion but acquaintainces also, feel that too many voted ignorantly, not giving the vote much thought. Would be nice to have a first black President, the first one who promised HOPE AND CHANGE YES WE CAN. Too many voted like this was a novelty, but in all reality we are now the ones paying the prices for these votes.
