Honestly I think arabs are brown, not white.But people from Iran and Turkey are white for me.

You're trying to exclusively tie "white" to continental Europe, and that's your prerogative, but I think that a lot of people will disagree with you. A lot.

So how do you define a Russian American, or a Russian?
She is Russian, a Russian citizen. But if she is of East Asian descent, she is not an ethnic Russian.
So only white Slavs can be considered Russian, and that does not include Belarussians or Ukranians born in Russia, or Volga Germans, or any other group that comes from Russia or members of any group that has lived in Russia for generations.
Again, what is an ethnic Russian? Is a Jew born and raised in Moscow to Moscow-born parents, grandparents and great-grandparents Russian?

Yes, East Asian from RUSSIA, you know, that country that has most of its land mass in Asia.....borders on Mongolia and China...that Russia.

For the same reason why Boers and English of South Africa , born there , speaking Afrikaneer or English , tracing their roots back there for centuries etc
