From the article:
"After multiple unsuccessful attempts to obtain Love's date of birth and the spelling of his middle name, Love was placed under arrest at (10:07 p.m.) for misdemeanor obstruction," the officer wrote in the arrest report.

Wouldn't give birth date or middle name after different excuses?

I could see the officer's point of view, where he thought Mr. Love was evasive and uncooperative, but (Love's) mother explained that he does not go by his middle name for personal reasons," Williamson said.

Doesn't go by and doesn't know are two different things.

All this for a sports player; third string at that.
If he's too dumb to know his middle name or birthday, what the heck is he doing in college?

Some of the comments were precious.

A ticket to the NFL that's why he's in college.
Academic achievements such as reading and writing are not too important when sports is involved.

Maybe he should be the poster boy for when the government decides that everyone should be "chipped"

"I don't know my name, but because of the Government chip embedded here under my skin, the police were able to successfully identify me".

They should have arrested his mother as well. Not only for not teaching him how to spell his name but then for trying to make it sound like it's normal for him not to know.

Wonder why he didn't have any id on him

Not one poster before you brought up the color of his skin.
All the posts were about him being a college student yet pretty dumb when it came to his own name.

But you made this point of "minority", not any posters before you.
You are seeing racism where none exists in this thread.

YOU GO TROLL SOMEWHERE ELSE.
