Only if Congress passes a bill extending the cuts to those making under $250K.

You can post your opinions but FACT is currently they are slated to expire for ALL.

I hope Congress does act but the rumblings I'm hearing from DC don't give me a warm fuzzy..we have 5 months left and the debt grows while the revenue shrinks.

Says who?

When the Bush tax cuts expire, everyone making over $40,000 per year will have thier taxes increased.

Unless there is some congressional action that Obama plans to perform prior to the end of the year (he has not done so, nor does it appear he will do so), EVERYONE will have thier taxes increased. This, of course, does not even include the new Obamacare taxes.

When the feds blow money hand over fist, THEY MUST increase taxes.

Lower taxes, keep money out of the hands of the feds, starve them out to force fiscal responsibility.

Yes, Congress must act, but plenty of time until it happens, and their has been no indication that the cuts for those making under $250,000 will expire. AGAIN, I will point out since it keeps being ignored, if the GOP thought that even a remote chance existed that the cuts for those making under $250,000 would expire they would be running wild on the issue, jumping up and down screaming and yelling. They aren't, and instead focusing on the increase on those over $250,000 aspect.

Their is ZERO to indicate the action will not be taken.

Default 2011 tax changes?

Ok so is he or is he not, going to extend the tax cuts to ANYONE?
What about marriage penalty, the child tax credit? Standard deduction?
Are these also, proposed to be extended?
