What a joke they are. Punish the overachievers because some kids can't cut it.

My oldest daughter is starting high school in Accel Geometry, but maybe she should go back to pre-alg to make the other kids
(and their dumb parents) feel better.

This is a perfect example of why the NAACP is nothing but a joke to the nation.

I think the NAACP lost all credibility as an institution with frivolous lawsuits such as this.

What's next? Suing the government because too many white people are middle class and blacks are not? Sheesh. Now who is being racist?

"Jealous" strikes again.

What a perfect name for a man that uses a group to tear down what others have accomplished instead of lifting up his own group.

Yup. The children in Level 4 including the Black students earned the right to be there. NAACP is very wrong here.

Oh wow, now instead of oppressing their own people now they want to bring the smart kids down to the stupid kids level.

What happened to the kids working harder, studying and learning to get to the advance courses.

My kids are all in advanced classes and they earned their way into those classes.

This group should be shut down and banned from operating in America.

Just like they expect the black kids to have a lower SAT scores to get into college then the white kids. Now that is the real racism here.

People we need to wake up. Obama has opened the doors for the REAL RACIST to do things just like this. Time to close the door and make people earn their way and be held responsible for themselves for once.

So dragging down an academically superior child to the lowest common denominator, and depriving them of an advanced education is not discriminatory?

The national association of always-complaining pinheads will never settle for equal opportunity-they demand equal outcomes.
