That is not the law. The threat of credible violence is assult. Use of the nightstick is battery. If there is credible threat of violence, then the presentation of that weapon warrants a measured response.

If the Obama administration and the Black Panthers feel as though threatening voter with weapons is just fine, there will be violence in the next election. I can say for sure that I would pull my weapon and would use it. Thousands of other Americans will do the same.

Are you insane? When is it EVER a reasonable and rational position to brandish weapons at a polling station in an effort to effect an election? Except in fascist liberal land, where rights are no longer relevent, it is perfectly OK.

However, when you have wealthy professionals engaging in gun battles at polling places to preserve thier ability to vote, the republic is dead. The president would be arrested and the military would take over, or anarcy would result.

Are you insane?

How many shoot outs have you been involved in? How many murders have you witnessed? Guns are every place dude and thugs deal with armed people like you all the time.....and it aint no thang for them. You sound like a wanna be gangster or something. Let me guess....you got a gangster rap video too...LOL

I have killed no one.
I have been involved in three shootouts as a youth.
You have probably never shot a gun
You have probably never shot at anyone
You have never been shot at

I have a concealed carry
I do not like rap
I do not like violence of any sort
I am a republican "dove"
I abhor violence
I will use my weapon (and have in the past) when threatened

If the Black Panthers show up at polling places again with weapons and prevent voting, there will be violence.

You're right, I don't know if he was arrested. I just have seen the YouTube video of the Philadelphia police escorting both Shabazz and Jackson off the premises toward the police cars. Thanks for pointing that out.

So what Militia are you a member of? It seems to me like you are just ITCHING to shoot something in the name of "Liberty"....lol. Oh well.....you sound like just another thug in my opinion. They rationalize their violence just like you do.

No, I 100% agree. They should not have been there. The Democrats arranged for Jackson to be there. Why he and Shabazz showed up dressed the way they did, saying what Shabazz did, was clearly meant to intimidate voters. Had any other group done that, they would have been stopped and we would still not have heard the end of it.

To make light of it is shocking.

I DO CARE about my voting rights. When we have thugs (regardless of color) standing in front of polling places trying to intimidate voters who do not agree with thier views, that is when WE HAVE A REALLY BIG PROBLEM.

Again, I have usually left my gun at home when voting, but now I will carry when going to the polling places. If someone wants to bar me (a registered voter and a US citizen) from voting, there will be a gun fight.

IS THAT WHAT YOU REALLY WANT?

I can gaurantee you that if the Black Panthers show up again in the 2012 elections with weapons at polling places, there will be other citizens, armed to the teeth, to fight them.

Here is the link which shows someone called the police and the police confronting them.

Breitbart.tv » Update: Police Confront Night Stick-Wielding ‘Security’ Patrol at Philadelphia Poll

[quote=WilliamSmyth;15096619]
Meanwhile the Republicans filming the event claimed that they were afraid for their lives, yet they didn't call the police. Kind of strange.

I have killed no one.
I have been involved in three shootouts as a youth.
You have probably never shot a gun
Wrong
You have probably never shot at anyone
Right
You have never been shot at
Right

But keep in mind.....I am not trying to pass myself off as MR. Badazz. I lived around killers....literally. Growing up their were people murdered in front of our home. Bullets have gone through our home. What I know is this.....you are just another thug waiting for an excuse to be a thug. Others in the hood are not waiting and they are hardly intimidated by you. I am not a bad azz and don't try to be. Thus its not germane to me those questions you asked. What I am saying to you is that if people really want to intimidate you or get at you.....don't count on it being a night stick and don't cont on them not being able to get the element of surprise. They deal with armed rivals all the time.

I have a concealed carry
I do not like rap
I do not like violence of any sort
I am a republican "dove"

Yeah....big deal....there is violence every day dude. You take someone out and someone takes you out or you go to jail or kill yourself. Life will go on for the rest of us.

Yeah that's pretty much how that story will end.

Your proof? How many voters have said they were intimidated?
