I'm somewhat confused.
People making almost 70 dollars an hour for assembly line work, thats how.

I see no problem with this. If they are selling the cars locally then it makes sense to build them locally. It's no different than when Toyota, Nissan, et al. build cars in various U.S. plants and then sell them here.
