hmmmm.....federally funded abortions, didn't i hear something about that NOT being in the bill?

so i'm against abortion being federally funded because the moment something becomes federally funded, its gets out of control.

heres the advertizement playing in my head
"are you a prostitute and want to stay in business? let us take care of your abortion for free!"
