Yeah and people were "trying to kill" Lou Dobbs' wife (when it was a long gun, during hunting season, and they live in an area where hunting is legal (in season)).
I smell a sympathy bid here (his viewership is down and sponsors are jumping ship) but in case it's not, I wouldn't wish that on anyone, including meatheads like Beck, so I hope that if it is true, that he somehow won't go blind. My Grandpa and Great-Grandpa went blind, so I know how devastating it can be.
There may be no cure for blind partisanship and blind followers, but I hope, for Mr. Beck's sake, that he is not losing his eyesight. Blindness is no fun - my first husband was blind, and I spent a lot of time volunteering with the blind and visually impaired. Sudden loss of sight is the worst.
I will watch the remainder of that video (I watched over 3 minutes of it) and hadn't got to the great part, to you. While I was typing this Beck told the whole story on his show, breaking up and all.
I hope he is not going to go blind but how do I know he will live the 40 days and nights till his big deal in DC on 8/28? I say how do I know because today on his show he pointed out that our President now has the power to declare anyone, other than a Muslim, a terrorist and have them assassinated. Beck appears to be one of the best, if not the best, candidates for trying this one out.
