Apparently BP is no more adept at doctoring photos than it is at plugging deep-sea oil leaks.
A blogger has noticed that the oil giant altered a photograph of its Houston crisis room, cutting and pasting three underwater images into a wall of video feeds from remotely operated undersea vehicles. The altered photo is displayed prominently on the company's Web site.
So what? Really, is there something they accomplished by this other than making it look good?
This was probably done by whoever was designing the web site. Commonly when you take a picture of a screen you get a picture of the scan and it looks like ****.
BP simply has no credibility any longer, if it even had any to begin with. Who doesn’t believe corporations,,,, especially the oil and gas?
A lot of people have nothing left to believe in but the so-called private sector enterprise. When it not only fails them on an economic but personal level, not only does the entire legitimacy of "free market" capitalism come into question but the very way of American life.
Corruption, both in the private and govt. sectors, is destroying this country. It's funny but also very sad to see many people still playing the blame game that is the Democrat vs. GOP.
