I called this one last year during the healthcare debate...

I was notified today that a local network of 18 hospitals have filed bankruptcy. This notification came because a family member needed to seek treatment at one point in the past, and they were notifying that after the bankruptcy discharge, and sale of the assets, that there would be no malpractice insurance available for any past visit, and if you had a claim, you wont be getting paid after the bankruptcy discharge..

The issue is, this is 18 hospitals, all going bankrupt, in our state, making me wonder how many are close behind..

lawsuit info is available at www.kccllc.net/forum for reference

Boot the illegals out of the country and the hospitals will be in a lot finer shape. No bailout needed.
