If George W. Bush were president right now, there would be chocolate rivers, candy cane gum drops, and Lifesavers made of cheese!

If George W. Bush Were President Right Now

we would not have a Tea Party, because the Tea Party only sprung up once we had a budget deficit.

BP- Bush would have denied there was a problem until it washed up on the beach. Then he would have blamed the media for claiming they were making it look worse than it was. Then he would have given the medal of freedom to the CEO of BP.

Health Care Reform- He would have claimed that if people did not use the health care system there would be no problem. So he would have continued to try and pass HSA

Immigration Reform- The unelected nut job in Arizona never would have been governor. Bush would have denied there was a problem.

Unemployment- There would have been no extensions so when someone ran out of unemployment benefits they would no longer count.

The Deficit- Well he had one every year he was in office and they got bigger every year. So I guess that would have continued.

If George W. Bush were president right now, He would be in direct violation of the 22nd amendment of the U.S. constitution.

I think saying that Bush would basically be governing the same as Obama has pretty much summed it up. There'd be a few minor differences, Bush would not do anything about illegal immigration reform but he wouldn't buck the Tea Party by opposing it. He'd also have agreed upon a more watered down health care reform bill and not had the party oppose it like they did with Obama. He'd have been all over the oil spill, though. He'd have nominated more moderate Supreme Court nominees, not conservatives or far left wingers. I think he was all about playing ball. Iraq and Afghanistan would have been the same as Obama, or you can say Obama is the same as Bush, same difference. Bailouts the same, but I don't think Bush would have been as anti business. Also you'd have more tax cut proposals, I'm not sure they'd pass, unless they were aimed at the middle class.
All in all Bush's third term has pretty much gone on as planned under Obama.

If George W. Bush were President right now...

All you'd have to do is substitute his name for Obama's, and the complaints would be the same!
