First of all, if anyone bothered going to Open Secrets website during the election they wouldn't be running around screaming about "Revealed: The Obama Donor List!" since FEC reports were listed there all during the election.

Secondly, whether its was posted before or not, it doesnt change the fact that the Obama Admin acted improperly and lied. Its that simple. That is what the problem is here. And I do not believe the Donor List was revealed until recently. A complaint wouldve been filed a long time ago if this info was released earlier.

Just to respond more directly to your Disclose Act whining:
The fact that Unions and others get exceptions to these restrictions is a big reason to vote no on the stupid bill. It panders to Unions and big special interest groups but restricts newer grassroots groups, and I think we all know why. And the thing is probably unconstitutional anyways.
