This looks really good for the Obamas to be spending money all over the place when this current economy is one of the worst since the great depression.
Not in my lifetime have I seen an economy totally shut down like this.

Mrs. Obama's jaunt through an expensive resort town in a one-shouldered Jean Paul Gaultier top won't help on that front.
There are endless great locations here at home that she could put on the map with a visit -- American hotels and restaurants that would be grateful for the business generated by such a high-profile visitor.
As Kirsten says - she handed a great gift to her husband's political opponents.
But don't worry, when she returns she'll do a couple photo ops at the local homeless shelters.
