I beleive Senator John Forbes Kerry has the right idea on stimulating the economy with his $7 million dollar yacht purchase. Unfortunately for Americans, the yacht was made in New Zealand. Unfortunately for those in MA, Kerry is not docking the boat where he lives in the summer (Nantucket) but in RI where he can avoid $437,500 in sales tax and another $70,000 per year in excise taxes...
