These were her own words 1st of all, nothing was made up. 2nd of all this wasn't about Shirley, she's barking up the wrong tree.

If a precedence gets set here, then you will start seeing millions of lawsuits popping up everyday just from youtube alone not to mention the media.

Yep, defamed her with her own words.

She'll be doing great if she avoids felony charges.

Its amazing how concerned the left has suddenly become with context now that Obummer and his cronies screwed the pooch on this Sherrod story. All of the news networks play stories and use snippets that distort the message by eliminating the context of what someone is saying. It goes on ALL THE TIME. Suddenly Obummer's administration made a fool out of themselves and the left is displaying full fledged false outrage about context when they have watched conservatives smeared for years by the liberal media with snippets that lack proper context, and cheered them on the whole time scoffing at the idea that context is that important.

Too bad the left can't just admit that the Obama administration acted stupidly.

Cooper of CNN, who let Saint Shirley get away with calling Breitbart a racist and all kinds of other nasty statements, does a mea culpa;

Mea Culpa 360: CNN Anchor Says He Was Wrong to Let Shirley Sherrod Smear Andrew Breitbart Unchallenged | NewsBusters.org

A little late Andie and I'm pretty sure you won't get to talk with her again.

If only these idiots could just ONCE admit they made a mistake. If only the President could admit there was an error. An apology needs to be made, and fast.

Obama apologizes to Sherrod - Washington Times

Obummer, GET WITH THE PROGR...wait, umm... yeah.

I think that her intent is to just rake Breitbart over the coals and further expose him for the lying turd that he is. Glad that she is not playing passive with this. That is most likely what Breitbart was expecting.

Oh not at all.

She did not write the preface for his post. That's where the defamation is. Not in the video.

Isnt it a bit ironic how Sherrod was wronged but what is her response? To do the same thing that was done to her. She comes out talking about how Breitbart is some racist, etc etc etc. I guess she also shouldve learned a lesson from this, but didnt. Her name and character were restored. She didnt lost much here.

Also Breitbart says he would like to speak with her in this new interview:

Breitbart: I

She did say shell sue but I doubt shell win. So far, she hasnt actually filed suit.

Didn't she say that everyone who was opposing the health care reform was
doing that because the President's black?
