animals will be animals, but service animals are usually highly trained, and their owners are usually quite responsible, which is why service animals are usually not banned from businesses. i think this dog is just a pet she trained to help her out getting some items off the lower shelves and if this is the case, the dog needs service training.
It's the fault of those damn politicians! How dare they push through a law like ADA without first considering the consequences of dogs in supermarkets!
