how would they know who did it and what country ordered it he could use local weapon so they could not trace it and just disappear.

heck we could send someone in and train a pissed off Iranian/ saudi/ pakistani to do it.
they all have gripes with Iran too just like the west and they don't want to see a nuclear Iran either.
so pretty much most of the middle east does not want Iran to have nuclear weapons and so that is one thing we (the west) all agree on.
