I'm sure there are plenty who's got medical bills or health conditions that remains unaddressed because of cost.

Be assured, the government doesn't have any money for you. They'll gladly let your friends and family die of cancer, but will gladly make several hundred thousand dollars per head to treat some worthless scumbag.
